  Treated my husband like rubbish! Rude and abrupt, cut him off every time he tried to explain his symptoms and checked his text messages during the 5-minute consult. Paid $310 to be ignored and belittled by this condescending person after what had been at the time a very hard 2 years trying to find answers. NEVER AGAIN!

  Im not sure what i expected from my appointment but after waiting 5 months to get in I found the nurse (i assume- it wasn't Faith) to abrupt and rude. There was no greeting or smile and lack of eye contact. She seemed board and inconvenienced by my presence. When I was asked if I had private health i stated I had extras (as I wasn't sure if the appointment would be covered under that). The lady just said, 'a yes or no will do.' I was gobsmacked.
  My appointment was briefer than I was expecting so I asked as many questions as I could think of. Dr Ring seemed nice enough and I will follow his advice but the experience in reception will stick with me for a long time.

  Because I have Multiple Sclerosis, I have been seeing Dr Ring for eight years & he is such a brilliant neurologist. He is so thorough, easy to talk to, empathetic & treats his clients with respect. His receptionist Faith is also empathetic, friendly & very easy to connect with. I Give Dr Ring five stars. February 2021

  I would recommend finding a more modern Neurologist in one of the capitals.
  I found Dr Ring disinterested and dismissive of my symptoms. His demeanor was abrupt and unprofessional, commenting that my coffee had probably gotten cold. I had waited about 6 months to see Dr Ring & he couldn't have me out the door fast enough, albeit charging a premium consultation fee. (You would hope to be treated with some more dignity for an approx. $300/10min rate.) He seems old school /his diagnosis seemed to rely on imaging only, nothing further. (My appointment had also been cancelled at short notice and re-booked for a later date.)

  Dr Ring goes above and beyond his duty …he has a wonderful bedside manner and really cares for his patients…I’m going to miss him when he retires.
